Research has shown that noting three good things in nature each day leads to an increase in nature connection, health and wellbeing.
Adults and young people will benefit from this daily ritual and could share the things they notice by:
- Writing in a journal
- Drawing pictures
- Taking photos
- Talking about your good things at the end of each day
Today I saw some huge, fluffy clouds, a beautiful flower in my garden and heard a tūī singing happily on my way to school.
