At the Sir Peter Blake Marine Education and Recreation Center (MERC), we believe Education and Recreation go hand in hand. The ocean is all around us and we need to learn how to engage with it safely, we need to restore it, we need to protect it. To do this we first fall in love with it and understand it. The best way to do this is with full sensory experience, sand between the toes, sea spray in the face, salt in the hair.
