The theme for this year's event is 'taking action for nature' and the DOC website has a fantastic range of conservation education resources.

2 - 15 September Bird of the Year Te Manu Rongonui o te Tau 2024
The dates have been announced and Forest and Bird is seeking campaign managers for this year's competition - a fun project for your class! Check the official website regularly for updates on this year's candidates (current information is still from the 2023 competition).
